With over 11 years of distinguished experience in technical education, research, and academic leadership, I am privileged to lead Veeracharya Technical Campus with a vision to empower students with quality education, innovation-driven learning, and holistic development.

 

I have had the opportunity to serve in multiple academic and administrative capacities, including Dean Academics, Vice Principal, IQAC Director, Head of Department – Civil Engineering, NBA Coordinator, Diploma Coordinator, Training & Placement Officer, and Head of Admissions. My leadership has consistently focused on academic excellence, industry collaboration, and student-centric growth.

 

Academic and Administrative Leadership

•Spearheaded NBA Accreditation for Diploma Civil Engineering at ARMIET, successfully achieving and sustaining compliance across multiple cycles.

•Served as Overall NBA Coordinator (2017–2023) and NAAC Departmental Coordinator, ensuring quality standards in academics.

•Directed IQAC operations (2022–2023) for continuous institutional improvement.

•Headed Admissions and Career Guidance, planning and executing strategies to boost enrolment and career readiness.

•Oversaw HR policies, faculty recruitment, approval processes, purchase and stores, finance reporting, and fee collection management.

•Conducted regular review meetings, monitored departmental reports, and led internal academic monitoring.

 

Research, Publications & Editorial Work

•Author of multiple textbooks in Civil Engineering, including Building Services, Emerging Trends in Civil Engineering, Water Supply Management, and Business communication.

•Editor of the international book series “Futuristic Trends in Construction Materials & Civil Engineering” with Iterative International Publishers.

•Member of the Editorial Board for the International Journal of Research and Analysis in Science and Engineering.

•Published numerous research papers in reputed international journals on topics like sustainable construction, outcome-based education, water management, and civil engineering innovations.

•Recipient of three patents, including an innovative “Design Door Lock System for Enhanced Security” and civil engineering–related technologies.

 

Conferences, FDPs & Academic Contributions

•Organized international conferences including ICAPTT-2K18 and ICRTETM-2K19, as well as multiple Faculty Development Programmes on advanced construction technologies, green materials, and emerging civil engineering trends.

•Resource person and keynote speaker at national and international platforms, delivering lectures on NBA Accreditation, Research Methodology, Sustainable Resource Management, and Emerging Trends in Civil Engineering.

•Served as MSBTE External Academic Monitoring Committee Member, University Syllabus Revision Committee Member, Paper Setter, and External Examiner.

•IRSD Preeminent Academic Leader Award – Green ThinkerZ in association with Western Sydney University, Australia, and Wakelet, UK.
